Is NOELARI only for cancer survivors?

No. NOELARI was inspired by strength, healing, and survival, but our products are for any woman who wants gentle beauty, skincare, and confidence support.

Are your products good for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are selected with sensitive skin in mind. However, every person’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use and doing a patch test before applying any new product to your face or body.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Do you provide medical skincare advice?

Should I patch test the products?

Can I use NOELARI products during or after cancer treatment?

If you are currently receiving treatment, recently had surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or have sensitive or compromised skin, please ask your oncology team or healthcare provider before using new products.

Are your products fragrance-free?

Foundation, CC Crème, and Shade Matching

How do I choose my foundation or CC crème shade?

Use the shade descriptions, product photos, and shade guide to help choose your best match. When possible, compare your undertone, skin depth, and current foundation shade to our shade options.

What if I choose the wrong shade?

Please review our return policy before purchasing complexion products. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer shade matching help?

Yes, NOELARI may offer shade guidance through product descriptions, quizzes, or virtual support. Shade matching is a guide only and cannot guarantee an exact match due to lighting, screen settings, undertones, and individual skin tone differences.

Orders and Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on the product, supplier, order volume, and delivery location. Most orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information will be provided when available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Why did my items ship separately?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
